The hunt for good gluten-free food is a collective effort. Friends and strangers are always telling me about new grocery store items, sending me recipes and referring me to restaurants. Recently Jennifer mentioned that Blue Moon Pizza had gluten-free crust.
Pardon the cellphone picture, I forgot the real camera. By far the best gluten-free pizza I've had in Atlanta. The crust wasn't cakey like Mellow Mushroom or too crispy like Cameli's. It still has chew which I really enjoy. I haven't found a pizza that equals the yumminess of Marco's in Denver but Blue Moon will be my go-to place until that time comes.
